We are proud to announce that Section 2 has been approved by Hays County and is now released. Construction of the road and underground electric will now begin for Section 2. Our first sale in Section 2 will be closing this week. In addition, Section 1 has two more contracts to close within 30 days. We are expecting 3 more homes to start construction within the next 60 days.
