Happy New Year

The new year is arriving and we know 2010 will be a great year for us at Mustang Valley. We just completed the paving of another section and road work on the next section will begin. We are very grateful for our success in 2009 and we know the new year will be even better. We are fortunate to have such beautiful hill country property for sale , especially when we see the national news and other states are struggling. October Update

We would like to thank everyone for helping us in making our September cookout a big success. Anyone that missed the cookout, we would like to invite you to come visit us, so we can show you the beauty of our hill country property . The recent rains continue to fill our lakes and make our Wimberley property greener as each day passes. We hope you can visit us soon.

Section 2 cookout celebration

We are having a cookout 11:30 am to 2:30 pm this Saturday the 26th to celebrate the opening of section 2. We hope you can come by and join us for some hamburgers or hot dogs. Please come see why Mustang Valley is the best Texas hill country land for sale.

Section 2 Approval

We are proud to announce that Section 2 has been approved by Hays County and is now released. Construction of the road and underground electric will now begin for Section 2. Our first sale in Section 2 will be closing this week. In addition, Section 1 has two more contracts to close within 30 days. We are expecting 3 more homes to start construction within the next 60 days.

The recent rains at Mustang Valley and Wimberley has been long overdue. The rains have really helped all the lakes, streams, and rivers throughout the Hill Country. We hope you can visit us soon to see the beauty of our 5 to 21 acre ranch properties at Mustang Valley.

Mustang Valley

We are very pleased with our recent surge in business. We continue to get good traffic along with a few more contracts. It is exciting to see some new property owners start construction on their new homes. The new asphalt road along with new home construction it is easy to see Mustang Valley come to life. This already was a gorgeous hill country property but with the recent construction it is becoming a Wimberley most beautiful hill country community of ranch properties.

Memorial Day Update

We are excited the new asphalt road in section 1 will be completed this week. In addition, the fencing at the entrance is completed and looks incredible. This hill country property is looking spectacular as the summer season is arriving. This is one of the best opportunities to own Texas hill country real estate in the Wimberley area.

The recent rain is helping to bring out the spring colors in the Hill Country.  We are getting prepared for our big grand opening event April 18th.  We will have food and live music for everyone.  In addition, we will be releasing some new inventory with special financing for the event.  We hope to see you there.

January update

We continue to be excited about the high traffic flow and interest at Mustang Valley since the holidays.  We began construction on our road in section 1 last week and we expect it to be completed early spring.  The underground utilities will be installed in section 1 at the same time.   We hope you get to visit us soon and see this impressive Wimberley hill country real estate.
