Holiday update

We have been very surprised and pleased with the high traffic during the holidays.   This is typically a slow time but we have experienced our highest number of viewings during the holidays.  This gives us a very positive outlook for 2009.  So, anyone looking for Wimberley Hill Country property must come see Mustang Valley.

December update

We are proud to announce are sales cabin on lot 77 is completed, furnished, and open for business.  Everyone is invited to stop by for a cup of coffee and find out the latest on Mustang Valley.  We are excited our first sale is now closed and our first property owners began clearing their tract immediately.  They are anxious to begin construction and are looking forward to being Mustang Valley's first resident.  

In addition, we are noticing more traffic at Mustang Valley since we have received county approval.  We know many locals were waiting until we received official approval which has contributed to our recent traffic.  So, if you are in the area stop by and preview our property,  we always have some coffee or a cool refreshment available.
